At Domaine Homes, we prioritise the wellbeing of our customers, employees, contractors and their families. As part of the Clarendon Group, our passion for home building has never wavered and although we are focused on proceeding with business as usual, we have been advised to put a pause on construction from the 19th July.

We recognise that this is a very difficult time and want to assure you that we are still here.

We believe that the concept of ‘home’ is more important now more than ever. Domaine Homes appreciates the trust you have put in us to build yours during this time and we would like to ensure you that we are still by your side. Backed by the Clarendon Group, we have been building homes for over 40 years and don’t plan on stopping now.


Peter Campbell, the sole owner of Domaine Homes has built one of the most well-managed financially secure home building companies in Australia from the ground up. He has led the company through recessions, global financial crises and the ever-changing property market. Peter Campbell knows the business of ‘home’ and in an uncertain time there is one thing that is certain, Domaine Homes is here now and will be long into the future.


Shift to Remote Working

While construction has paused, our Customer Service team are business as usual and as committed as ever. Although our team may be working from home, they are still just as accessible, efficient and willing to help you with any of your needs!

Tender, Contract and Colour Studio Appointments

Tender appointments are available by way of on-line and virtual meetings.

Contract & Colour Studio appointments are available by way of on-line and virtual meetings, or in-person by appointment, adhering to NSW Government restrictions with those nominated on the contract to personally sign (max. 2 people)

Ensuring Safety at Appointments

· Our business is adhering to strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines

· All customers will be required to wear a mask and scan in via the Service NSW app

· Anyone showing the mildest of symptoms should self-isolate, and therefore postpone any face-to-face appointments for another date.

Some Delays are Expected

We will make every effort within our control to minimise disruption as we work towards the commencement of construction for your home, however we anticipate there may be some delays particularly with the following:

· Tender and Contract signing appointments may be delayed due to the limitations in accessing your land for site assessment and surveying

· Preparations during the building approval process may experience some delays

· Commencement of construction may be delayed as we work through rescheduling all contractors, trades and suppliers.

· Once the NSW Government lifts the restrictions currently imposed, we will immediately reschedule works required prior to construction, and we ask for your understanding during this time.

The Impact on Building

As you are no doubt aware the NSW Government has imposed a pause on all construction activity until the 30th July across Greater Sydney, including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour.

Since this announcement was made, we have been working closely with the HIA and NSW Government in regard to meeting national work, health and safety requirements and the current COVID-19 health and safety obligations, with the view to minimise disruption to customers.
