What is a House & Land package?

As the name suggests, House and Land packages are packages put together with home designs from Domaine Homes in conjunction with land developers. They have pre-planned home designs on a block that’s had its site costs already evaluated.

How does a House & Land package work?

First you’ll need to head over to our House and Land page. From there, you’ll be able to filter the price, size and location of your home. After you’ve selected a package, one of our friendly consultants will contact you and you’ll be able to begin your build process! Since the home design and site costs are predetermined, you only have to pick your interior and exterior colours and your facade preference. Then you’re on your way to a new home! 

What are the benefits of a House & Land package?

There are multiple benefits of House and Land packages, including but not limited to: transfer duty savings, up front and transparent pricing, more stress-free, potentially more affordable, you'll receive a brand new home in a newly developed area and last but not least, house and land packages are great for investors. 

Are House & Land packages fixed prices?

The prices of our House and Land packages are fixed! This means the price that’s listed on the flyer is final and is only subject to change if the contents change. We include any of the promotions we have on offer currently so you get the best deal possible. 

All of our Domaine Homes also have a Lifetime Structural Guarantee. This means if something goes wrong years after you’ve built your package, we’ll still be available to fix that issue for you. 

Can I change the contents of my house and land package?

Yes! We want you to love your home as your own so you are able to change the inclusion packs if you’d prefer to upgrade or save costs. The costs of changes are determined with a consultant when you sit down for your paperwork. How long does the process take?

House and Land Packages are quicker to build than homes on their own land because all the administration and surveys are completed. This means if you’re renting, you end up saving.
