Who Is The Campbell Property Group?

In 1978, Peter Campbell built the company’s first home. Of course, there were many homes that would follow. Quality homes for everyday Australian families. Homes designed for how they lived and what they lived for. And from that single home, all those years ago, the Campbell Property Group has grown into one of Australia’s leading Home Builders and Property Developers across New South Wales and Queensland.

As a company we are design-led, always looking for what’s next in residential home designs and developments. Our design thinking is driven from empathy. We put ourselves in the shoes of our customers and develop homes and communities around how their lives actually work. Home is what we do.

Our brands are focused on making the idea of building a new home a reality for as many Australian families as possible. Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes provide a wide range of home designs and finishes because each customer’s situation and journey is unique – whether it’s the size of their block, budget or their personal style.

CPG Estates extends that thinking into the communities where these families will live and grow. We create developments focused on community, lifestyle and growth for the future - whether that be the growth of their families, or the growth of their investment.

Clarendon Homes has been creating new homes for Australian families for over 44 years. At Clarendon Homes our purpose is to create modern beautiful homes that people feel completely at home in. At Domaine Homes our purpose is to make the hard things in home building truly easy. After 43 plus years in business and well over 35,000 homes built, we’re still taking our lead from what Peter Campbell started all those years ago. Our Culture

Each Quarterly Review, we like to recognise the efforts of outstanding staff members in each department. These quarterly rewards days can be for effort dedication or a positive change to the business, always in alignment with our six core values - care, pride, quality, evolution, passion and focus. Our rewards come in all shapes and sizes. Unforgettable and fun is usually the order of the day.

Throughout the year, we hold a number of staff social events and functions. They're great for team building, socialising, getting to know each other better, and of course, a good way to celebrate any milestones or momentous occasions along the way.

There are also smaller get-togethers and functions which occur regularly, so we’ll let you know about those well in advance, so you can schedule them in.
