Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is available for finance approved customers only who purchase a house and land package through Domaine Homes.

2. To be eligible for this offer, Customer(s) must:

(i) Purchase a selected lot from Domaine Homes (NSW) Pty Ltd (Domaine Homes) or its nominee, AND

(ii) Enter into a building contract with Domaine Homes AND

(iii) Proceed with an approved home loan arranged by Domaine Homes’ internal home finance specialists Your Home Finance Pty Ltd trading as Loan Market Elevate with one of their panel home lenders.

3. Domaine Homes will contribute up to $10,000 during the construction period of your new home. i. This will be paid in five (5) installments of $2,000 to the nominated bank account, aligned with the first 5 scheduled

progress payments of the build contract. ii. If there is more than 1 customer, a joint bank account must be nominated for payment. iii. Payments will be paid to the nominated bank account within seven (7) days of

each progress payment claimed.

4. Financier eligibility criteria applies, this offer does not constitute a formal loan offer or home loan approval.

5. All other home loan fees, charges and associated finance costs are Customer’s responsibility, eg, stamp duty, applicable loan application fees and interest charges, lender's mortgage Insurance, etc.

6. If, for whatever reason, Customer does not proceed with or ends the building contract with Domaine Homes prior to practical completion, any amounts already paid by Domaine Homes under this offer will be

immediately refunded by Customer to Domaine Homes.

7. Further terms and conditions may apply that are specific to individual customer(s) requirements, to be discussed with Your Home Finance Pty Ltd trading as Loan Market Elevate.
