Know someone planning to build a new home? Introduce them to Domaine Homes by connecting them with your Sales Consultant or inviting them to visit one of our display homes. To be eligible, your referral must be new and not already engaged with a Domaine Homes consultant.
2. Submit their details
Complete the referral form on this page and include your referees Domaine Homes job number.
3. Enjoy the reward
Once construction reaches the slab stage, your referral reward will be issued—simple, seamless, and stress-free.
1. You (the referrer) must be an existing Domaine Homes customer, that is, you have entered into an agreement with Domaine Homes previously.
2. The referral must be declared to your Sales Consultant prior to the payment of the initial deposit to be eligible for this promotion.
3. The person you are referring (the new Domaine Homes customer) must not have previously built with or entered into an agreement with Domaine Homes.
4. Although you may want to, you cannot refer yourself.
5. You (the referee) cannot be an employee of any brands that fall under CPG or an immediate family member of an employee and neither can the new Domaine Homes customer.
6. Only one $500 gift card can be issued for each new construction contract.
7. You have the permission of the new Domaine Homes customer to refer them to Domaine Homes and provide their personal details including telephone.
8. The Referral will receive a $500 deduction from the Contract Price, which will be applied at the time of tender or contract signing, it will not be redeemed for cash.
9. Where the Referee has already reached handover the $500 will be paid via electronic bank transfer, and will not be redeemed for cash.
10. Where the Referee is still within the construction phase, the $500 benefit will be applied by way of a contract variation.
11. Payment will be made on or after your slab has been poured and not before.
