Our Selection studio is the perfect place to start turning your house, into a home. Lets help bring your vision to life and add some personality and charm to your blank canvas. The Colour Studio allows you to see the endless opportunities in designing your home. You are in control of your choices, picking everything down to the last detail. This includes tapware, kitchen appliances, floor coverings, cabinetry colours and much more! We look forward to leaving you inspired and excited for your new home.

What To Expect

The Colour Studio offers sleek designs to suit all budgets, with Classic, Designer and Deluxe packages all on display in Norwest and Beresfield. When you enter the Colour Studio, you are greeted by your host who takes you through the studio. This starts off by explaining your 12 Internal and External colour choices and is followed by an explanation of the inclusions in the kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and much more. The colour studio helps to visualise the design of the house with sleek finishes such as hybrid timber floors, pendants and plantation shutters to make your house, a home.

Prepare For Your Visit

The Domaine colour selection Studio Team is here to help personalise your new home. We’ll contact you to arrange a meeting to complete your selections once your contract is signed. Selections include:

Internal finishes
External finishes
Finishing touches

Our Consultants will help you make decisions at the Norwest or Beresfield location. Selections include:

Domaine Colour Studio

Our Process

Booking your contract appointment

As you would have noticed so far, we at Domaine Homes like to keep things as streamline and simple as possible. Therefore we have combined the colour and contract appointment to be on the same day. Once your tender appointment is complete, your contract will be ready to be presented within the next 3 weeks. In that time period, we will contact you to arrange your 2 hour selections appointment, which will take place after your contract has been signed.

Colour studio visit

We strongly recommend you visit our Colour Studio before your contract appointment. This way one of our friendly colour consultants can guide you through our studio to make the big day easier, and to kick start the decision making process. Our studio is open from 10am-2pm every Saturday for walk ins, so you can visit as many times as you like before your appointment!

Cooling off period

We allow a cooling off period of up to 4 business days. This allows for any variations to be made to the contract before officially going off to pre construction.

Complete!

In just 3 easy steps your colour selection process is complete! All the steps to building your new home are ticked off the list and your contract is sent off to pre construction.
