We’re very happy with the workmanship and the overall progress of our home. We’ve just completed our build with Domaine Homes and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Mat was our site supervisor and led our build, he was outstanding from start to finish. The process felt seamless, and Mat kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and plenty of photos. He was always available to answer questions, and what really stood out was his willingness to help with advice that wasn’t necessarily part of his scope but was genuinely helpful to us as homeowners. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and someone you feel confident having at the helm of such a big project. In the office, Courtney , Chelsea and Skye were just as impressive. They were always responsive, helpful and professional. From the initial sales process with Tom and India, colour selections with Rebecca, right through to handover, the communication and support were excellent. We honestly can’t fault a single thing. For what is a major family decision, we’re very glad we partnered with Domaine Homes. The process, attention to detail and overall value for money have been fantastic, in fact the build came in under budget and ahead of schedule. If we had the opportunity, we’d happily build again with Mat and the team. Very highly recommend, 11 out of 10.

I reached out to Maddy about the house and land package at Domaine Homes' Parklea centre in December 2025. As a first home buyer, I wasn't familiar with the process and was purchasing under the Help to Buy scheme.
