How Is Stamp Duty Calculated on House and Land Packages in NSW?
Stamp duty, also known as transfer duty, is a NSW government charge that may apply when you buy land or property. For a Domaine Homes house and land package, the amount you pay depends on the value and structure of the purchase, as well as whether you qualify for a first-home-buyer exemption or concession.
If you purchase vacant land and enter into a separate building contract with Domaine

Can I buy a house and land package with a small deposit?
You may be able to purchase a house and land package with a smaller deposit. Eligible first-home buyers may be able to access a 5% deposit pathway, subject to lender approval and the requirements of the applicable government scheme.
